Ingredients for Thai-Style Curry Soup
*80 g coconut cream
*34 g soy
*3 tbsp of cashew nut
*200 g hot water
*16 g lemon juice
*3-4 linden leaves
*3 g curry powder
*salt/black pepper
Vegetables to be added;
*50 g avocado (optional)
*25 g button mushroom
*3 cherry tomatoes
*34 g red bell pepper (thinly sliced)
*34 g carrot (thinly sliced)
*16 g green pea
*7 g chopped green onion
*1 g chopped fresh pepper
*25 g mixed sprouts
*160 g chopped coriander
Directions:
• Chop the vegetables given in the second step of the recipe and take them into the soup bowl.
