Ingredients for Noodle with Ginger and Almond Sauce
*250 g noodle
*160 g cut baby spinach
*160 g mushroom
*143 g thinly sliced mushroom
*70 g cut cucumber
*124 g soybean sprout
*1/4 cup of chopped fresh coriander
*25 g chopped almonds (for sprinkling)
*1/2 tsp of sesame oil
*1 tsp of soybean
*1 tbsp of sesame (for sprinkling)
*70 g almond
*16 g lemon juice
*25 g soy sauce
*7 g grated ginger
*2 g garlic (optional)
• Prepare and mix together all the ingredients of noodle. Then put it aside.
• Mix the ingredients of sauce, and then put it aside for service.
• Take the noodles in a bowl, and pour the sauce over it. Then sprinkle nuts/seeds and coriander over the mixture.
• Serve it with extra sauce.
