Magnolia

Ingredients

•1.5 packets of baby biscuits

•Strawberry and banana

•1 liter of milk

•1 drinking cup of flour

•1 drinking cup of granulated sugar

•1 box (200 ml) of milk cream

•1 pack of vanilla

Directions for Magnolia

• Put milk, flour and granulated sugar in a saucepan and mix until smooth.

• Put the saucepan on the stove and cook it by stirring.

• When the pudding thickens, take it from the stove and let it cool while stirring it from time to time.

•Add vanilla and milk cream to the warm pudding and mix it for 3 minutes by using a mixer.

• Process the biscuits in the processor until fine, cut desired amount of strawberries and banana into small pieces.

•Firstly, put a few spoons of baby biscuits in the dessert cups, and then add a few spoons of pudding on top of it.

•Put the cut strawberries and bananas on the pudding, and then put some pudding on strawberries and bananas. Sprinkle biscuits on it.

•After filling all the cups, let the magnolias rest at room temperature and then put them in the refrigerator.

 

Fake Chicken Breast Pudding

Chicken breast pudding is one of the traditional and popular milk desserts that you can make at home easily with a very practical recipe.

Ingredients

•125 g butter

•1 drinking cup of flour

•1.5 drinking cups of granulated sugar

•1 liter of milk

•1 pack of vanilla

Directions for Fake Chicken Breast Pudding

• Put the butter in a saucepan and melt it on low heat.

• After the oil melts, add flour and roast until you get the aroma.

• Keep stirring with a wire whisk while slowly adding milk to the saucepan to prevent lumps from forming.

• Add the granulated sugar to the saucepan and continue stirring until the dessert becomes thicker.

• When the dessert is as thick as a pudding, take it from the stove and add vanilla and mix by using a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

• Pour the pudding into a small, square or rectangular glass baking dish, smooth it out and let it cool at room temperature.  

• When the dessert cools down to room temperature, wrap the glass baking dish with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. Let it rest for 2-3 hours.

• Take the dessert out of the refrigerator and turn it upside down on a large serving plate and sprinkle pistachios, hazelnuts, cinnamon or any other thing you wish to flavor it.

•Slice the fake chicken breast pudding and serve it.  

 

Milk Halwa Recipe

Milk halwa is a local dessert of Bursa, and it is so delicious that you will be addicted once you taste it. Here are the ingredients and directions…

Ingredients

•100 g butter

•1 liter of milk

•1 drinking cup of flour

•1 drinking cup of granulated sugar

•1 egg yolk

•1 pack of vanilla

Directions for Milk Halwa

•Put half of the milk in a saucepan, add granulated sugar and stir it on the stove until the sugar melts. After the sugar melts, take saucepan from the stove.

•Put remaining half of the milk and one egg yolk in the saucepan. After whisking thoroughly, let it cool.

•Put the butter in a saucepan. After the butter melts, add the flour and roast it until it turns pink.

•Add the roasted flour slowly to the milk in the saucepan. Keep mixing until it is cooked.

• When the dessert thickens, add vanilla and then take it from the stove.

•Put halwa into a small, square or rectangular glass baking dish. If you wish, you can also portion it out into small casserole bowls.

•Put the glass baking dish in the oven set at 200 degrees and bake it for 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.
