Oven Baked Turkish Mucver (Fritter) with Cauliflower

Ingredients;

*1 mid-size cauliflower

*200 g zucchini (peeled)

*3 eggs

*200 g low-fat feta cheese

*3 spring onions

*4 sprigs of dill

*5 tbsp of whole wheat flour

*1 tbsp of olive oil

*1 tsp of salt

*1/2 tsp of black pepper

To grease the baking pan:

*1 tbsp of olive oil

Here is the Oven Baked Turkish Mucver (Fritter) with Cauliflower:

Separate the florets of the cauliflower and wash them thoroughly. Take them into a deep pan.

Add boiled water enough to cover all the florets. Add 1/2 tsp of salt and boil for approximately 10 minutes.

Grate the zucchini and feta cheese. Then finely chop the dill, parsley and spring onion.

Drain the florets. Take the florets in a mixing bowl and mash into puree by a fork.

Add the rest of the ingredients and mix them.

Take them into the baking pan, greased with olive oil, and bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes until golden brown.

After taking it out of the oven, cut it into slices before serving. Enjoy it!

 

Spinach Lasagna

Ingredients;

For the lasagna:

*12 lasagna noodles

*100 g yellow cheese

*1 bunch of spinach (cut-off and washed)

*1 dessert spoon of butter

*A pinch of salt

*A pinch of red pepper flakes

For the Béchamel sauce:

*2 tbsp of flour

*2 tbsp of butter

*1,5 drinking cups of milk

*2 pinches of salt

*A pinch of black pepper

*A pinch of grated nutmeg

Recipe of Béchamel Sauce:

Melt the butter. Whisk in the flour until the raw smell goes.

Gradually stir in the milk. Keep stirring the sauce while adding the milk.

When the sauce thickens, add salt and pepper. Then take the pan from the stove.

Here is the Recipe of Spinach Lasagna:

Firstly, set the oven to 165 degrees.

After melting the butter, slightly sauté the spinach.

After sautéing the spinach, add salt and red pepper flakes to add flavor.

Then, boil 5 drinking cups of water in a deep saucepan.

After the water boils, add 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook the lasagna noodles in the boiling water.

When the lasagna noodles are cooked, take them into a heat-resistant glass baking dish.

With each layer consisting of 2 lasagna noodles, put the sautéed spinach on the first layer.

Then put lasagna noodles again.  Repeat the instruction.

Put grated cheddar on top of the Béchamel sauce you spread on the last layer. Bake it in the oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheddar melts. Enjoy it!
