Together with Ozkan Sen, the Chef of Barut Hotels, we prepared “rolled crepe with chicken and mushrooms" and “artichoke salad” recipe that you can easily make at home. You can also try these delicious and healthy snack recipes in your own kitchen and share them with your loved ones.
Ingredients for rolled crepe with chicken and mushrooms;
*3 glasses of milk
*2 glasses of flour
*1 teaspoon of salt
*2 tablespoons of olive oil
*1 tablespoon of butter
*3 chicken breasts (cut into cubes)
*200 g mushrooms (cut into cubes)
*1 onion (cut into cubes)
*1, 5 glasses of milk
*200 g cream
*A pinch of salt
*A pinch of black pepper
*40 g grated yellow cheese
Recipe of rolled crepe with chicken and mushrooms
Mix all of the ingredients of the crepe by a mixer until a slightly viscous mixture is obtained. Pour one ladle of mixture on a pan with oil and make the crepes. For filling, sautée the chickens in butter. Then add the onions and mushrooms cut into cubes, and continue to sautée. After sautéing for a while, add cream, salt and pepper. Continue to sautée for about 10 minutes and then turn down the stove.The crepes and filling are now ready. Place the filling you prepared on the crepes, and add some grated yellow cheese, and then roll the crepes. Place the crepes on a baking tray brushed with some oil. Sprinkle some grated yellow cheese on the crepes, and bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes until the cheese on top is browned. Enjoy it!
Ingredients for artichoke salad;
*100 g fresh artichoke
*30 g green apple
*5 g celery stalk
*15 g lemon juice (fresh)
*20 g olive oil
*15 g orange slices
*10 g nut
Recipe of artichoke salad
Cut artichokes and green apples into thin slices, and let them soak in the lemon juice for 5 minutes.
Then take the cut artichokes and apples on a plate.
Add the other ingredients, i.e. the celery stalk, orange slices, nut and olive oil, and make it ready for service.
