Hatila Valley Glass Terrace
Hatila Valley is situated on a tributary of Coruh River in the city of Artvin. Access to the area in Hatila National Park is via a 10 km highway from the city center of Artvin. The v-shaped valley with a narrow bottom is home to fascinatingly beautiful waterfalls. There are almost steep slopes in some parts of the valley. With more than 500 plant species specific to the Black Sea Region, the middle and upper parts are covered with rich and quite dense vegetation. The diverse fauna of Hatila Valley includes bears, swine, foxes, badgers, wild goats, hawks, eagles, coyotes, vipers and trout. It has geographical features specific to Turkey due to its extraordinary geological and geomorphological nature, from which the beautiful view comes.
